SUBMIT POSTERS
Late poster abstract submissions will be considered for the poster session through August 31 or when we run out of space, but will not considered for late breaking talks.

Poster abstracts must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the EasyChair system. Submissions must be received in electronic form by 11:59 p.m. PDT (San Diego local time) on August 17, 2007, and should follow the format described below.
Note that acceptance of a poster abstract is conditional on at least one of its authors pre-registering for the RECOMB-CG workshop by August 17th.
Late breaking talks: A small number of poster submissions will be selected for a "late breaking results" session. The authors of the selected abstracts will be invited to present their work in a short talk, in addition to presentation in the poster session. Late breaking talks will not be included in the proceedings.
PREPARATION OF POSTER ABSTRACTS:
Poster abstracts should be 1-2 page PDF files (U.S. letter or A4) with at most a 6.5x9" text area in at least an 11 point font. They should include title and authors, corresponding author's email address, and the poster description. Please indicate in the PDF file which author(s) will present the poster and their status/occupation (student, faculty, etc.).
The abstract should be easy to read. It should contain a succinct statement of the problem, the results achieved, their significance and a comparison with previous work. This material should be understandable to non-specialists. A technical exposition directed to the specialist should follow.
PREPARATION OF POSTERS:
We will provide a 30"x40" (76 cm x 101 cm) rectangular foam board and easel for you to attach your poster. Please use large, easy to read letters, readable from at least 5 feet away. We recommend at least 18 point fonts for regular text, at least 48 point fonts for headings, and to make graphs at least 10" (25 cm) wide.
